Gary Proctor is a member of the CENTURY 21 Shirley Hooks, Inc. team in downtown Granbury. He is deep into his second career having retired from the Air Force as a B-52 pilot. Gary and his wife Terri have owned property in Granbury for 22 years and love the area with all that it has to offer including golfing, boating, tennis, food, Texas weather and Texas hospitality. He and Terri have two adult boys - one is a native Texan recently married and living in Granbury. Their other son is also married and currently stationed in Korea flying F-16s for the US Air Force.

Being a military "brat", Gary well understands the excitement and anxieties associated with uprooting a family and moving to a new location as well as the challenges of buying or selling the family home. Gary tells us, "While the Air Force certainly provided us an opportunity to view the world (we moved twelve times in the last thirty years), Terri and I can honestly say that Texas is the place for us. Granbury is the best place we have seen to raise a family and I would like to learn your needs and together help you find your perfect home."
